BONITA ASYMMETRY
Multi Lifting after Filler Removal
Once fillers and foreign material are safely cleared, we carry on, in one continuous flow, to regenerating and lifting skin that has sagged as if deflated

Bonita's Approach
Where restoration ends, facial balance begins
Once old filler or illegal foreign material is removed, the space it occupied is left empty, and the skin tends to sink unevenly or lose firmness and sag
Bonita does not stop at removal: from the start, we factor in the volume imbalance and sagging the cleared space will leave, and restore accordingly

Recommended for these concerns
- Those hesitating for fear that the skin will sag like a deflated balloon after filler or foreign material is removed
- Those who have already had foreign material removed at another clinic but are left with an uneven face and asymmetry
- Those who find an extensive-incision facelift too much and are looking for restorative lifting with less tissue damage and an easier recovery
- Those who want to address a jawline that has collapsed because of foreign material, deepened nasolabial folds and neck lines all at once
- Those who want hollow areas filled naturally and loose areas lifted, to regain their original, composed look
BONITA ASYMMETRY
So that nothing looks out of place where material was removed
When foreign-material removal is closely linked with skin regeneration and lifting, depressions at the removal site can be reduced while the whole face keeps its three-dimensional contour.
Whether removal and lifting are done on the same day, or in stages once inflammation and tissue have fully settled, is decided according to your skin's condition after ultrasound diagnosis.
Lifting after filler and foreign body removal
Stage 1 · Ultrasound-guided clearing of filler, foreign material and adhesions
We locate the material by ultrasound, remove the filler or foreign body, and then address any remaining adhesions and scarring.
Stage 2 · Regeneration-based multi lifting (stem cells, fat grafting, threads, laser)
(skin regeneration + combined laser + stem cells + skin booster)
Multi lifting after foreign-body removal: the 7-step treatment process
- STEP 01
Precise ultrasound diagnosis and separation of foreign material and adhesions
Ultrasound confirms the exact layer and extent of foreign material in the skin so it can be removed safely; the adhesions and fibrotic scar tissue pulling the skin inward are then gently released.
- STEP 02
Planning the order of volume restoration and lifting
Where foreign material has been removed, the empty space makes the skin look loose.
Rather than simply pulling hard, we carefully plan the order: first restoring lost volume naturally, then lifting only as much as the remaining sagging requires.
- STEP 03
Micro-liposuction for a heavy, sagging jawline and lower cheeks
Where the area below the jawline or the deep cheek has sagged heavily from migrating foreign material or ageing, excess fat and residue are cleared with a fine cannula without an incision, bringing out a sharper contour.
- STEP 04
Restoring hollow volume with your own fat and stem cells
If one cheek, the forehead or the chin is left hollow after removal, we measure the left–right volume difference precisely, then combine purified autologous fat with fat stem cells to fill the hollow smoothly and help damaged tissue regenerate.
- STEP 05
Supporting sagging soft tissue with dissolvable threads
Dissolvable threads are placed densely like a mesh in nasolabial folds, cheeks and under-eye areas that have lost firmness, physically supporting sagging tissue and stimulating collagen production in the dermis.
- STEP 06
Combined laser to calm damaged texture and redness
2–3 laser wavelengths are combined to suit skin surfaces thinned or reddened by foreign-material complications, restoring healthy texture and tone.
- STEP 07
Checking dynamic symmetry at rest and when smiling
Facial asymmetry is often more noticeable when talking or smiling than at rest.
When reviewing recovery, we compare the face at rest and in expression side by side to fine-tune the balance.

Recovery, stage by stage
- Right after treatment
Swelling and bruising are managed, and we explain how to apply compression.
- During recovery
As swelling goes down, the contours on both sides appear.
- As it settles
Once the grafted fat and lifting have settled, we check the balance and make fine adjustments if needed.
Recovery time and follow-up visits vary with the extent of treatment and your individual condition.
