What sets Bonita body contouring apart

At the same weight, a body looks completely different when the proportions of waist, hips and thighs change. Bonita body contouring is not about removing as much as possible; we decide where to reduce and where to fill, and reshape the line.

Liposuction evens the layers so the surface stays smooth, and the removed fat is moved to the buttocks or hips when needed to create curves. We also consider tightening skin likely to loosen with Renuvion line lifting. Not all three are done; we choose only what is needed.

Before-and-after photos and YouTube videos are published. In consultation we agree on the range of change that is possible.

You wear a compression garment, and swelling and bruising are managed.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I lose a lot of weight?

Liposuction is not weight-loss surgery. The goal is a change in line, not in weight.

How much of the grafted fat remains?

Some is absorbed and the engrafted portion remains. We decide the volume allowing for the survival rate, then decide on touch-ups after watching the result.

Can you do revision surgery?

Yes. Irregularities, asymmetry and sagging left after a previous operation can be corrected. The method depends on the remaining fat volume and skin condition.

How long do I wear the compression garment?

It depends on the area and extent; we explain how long to wear it before surgery.
