Recovery

    You wear a compression garment, and swelling and bruising are managed.

  2. During recovery

    You keep wearing the compression garment and start with light activity.

  3. As it settles

    As swelling subsides, the line emerges. If fat grafting was done too, we check how the fat has settled.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I have Renuvion alone, without liposuction?
Yes. Mildly loose skin can sometimes be treated with Renuvion alone. When fat and sagging come together it is often combined with liposuction, so we decide based on your condition.
Which areas can be treated?
Changes are easiest to notice where skin is thin and has lost firmness, such as under the chin, upper arms, abdomen, inner thighs and above the knees.
Will a scar remain?
There are no extra incisions. It goes through the same small openings as liposuction, and these entry points are cared for so they fade over time.
How long do I wear the compression garment?
It depends on the area and extent; we explain how long to wear it before surgery.
