Before repeating the same procedure, we first check whether the sagging comes from fat or from the skin and fascia

Checking which layer has sagged
Depending on what has changed, skin, fat, volume or SMAS, we choose only what is needed from the four below.
If sagging reaches the SMAS we consider a facelift, and if it returned after a previous lift we first check the remaining tissue.
STEP 02
Jaw liposuction
Sagging fat under the jawline
Without incisions, fat below the jawline is suctioned with a special cannula to define the jawline.
STEP 03
Dissolvable threads
When skin texture is rough and fine lines have increased
Dissolvable threads are placed densely like a mesh in the skin of the nasolabial folds, hollow cheeks and under-eyes to support collagen production.
They serve a different purpose from threads that pull sagging tissue upward.
STEP 04
Stem cell fat grafting
When a hollow forehead or cheeks make the face look saggy
Fat stem cells are separately extracted from fat taken where it isn’t needed and injected together into areas that have lost volume, such as a hollow forehead.
STEP 05
Combined lasers
When skin tone and texture need refining
Two or three lasers are combined to suit your skin and help it regenerate.

Recovery

Compression or dressing is applied depending on the extent of treatment.

As swelling and bruising go down, the contour appears. If incisions were made, we let you know when stitches will be removed.
As it settles
The pull becomes natural, and if fat grafting was done, we check how the fat has settled.

Frequently Asked Questions

Thread lifting or a face lift: which suits me?

It depends on how much sagging there is and which layer causes it. Early to moderate cases often suit multi-lifting, while deep sagging and neck wrinkles often suit a face lift. We check each layer in consultation.

Where does the face lift scar sit?

It remains along the incision at the front and back of the ear and the hairline. We manage it so it becomes less visible over time, and care can also be continued at our Scar Clinic.

How long does the effect last?

It depends on the method and how quickly you age. Surgery that lifts the SMAS tends to last longer than non-incisional methods.

How long is the recovery?

Non-incisional procedures have a relatively short recovery, while a face lift needs more time for swelling to subside. If you have important plans, let us know during consultation.
