A crooked nose is not simply a bridge that looks off-centre.
In most cases the septal cartilage that holds the centre of the nose is also bent, which can come with functional problems such as nasal blockage.
Bonita's crooked nose rhinoplasty does not only smooth the visible bend. It assesses the structure of the nasal bones, septum and cartilage together, aiming for a balanced nose line.

Refining only the outside of the bridge can let the inner structure (septum) pull the nose out of shape again over time.
A crooked nose often comes with a deviated septum, so not only the shape but also functional issues such as nasal blockage and rhinitis must be considered.
Depending on the type, such as a whole bridge that curves gently or an S-shaped bend from dorsum to tip, the osteotomy range and cartilage reinforcement can differ.

There is swelling and bruising; the nasal splint stays on and cold compresses are used.
The splint and stitches are removed. While the main swelling subsides, avoid pressure on the nose such as from glasses.
As residual swelling in the tip subsides, the final shape appears.
